A credit or debit card will be required to secure your reservation.


Full Cancellation Policy: Any bookings made for 1 room for 1 night are required to provide card details on booking for a guarantee. Any cancellations received within 7 days prior to check in (15:00 GMT) the total balance of your stay will be charged. If your booking is longer than 1 night, any additional nights that can be resold will be refunded to you after the date. There is no charge for cancellations outside of the 7 days. In the event of a no show the total balance of your stay will be taken.

Full payment is required for all bookings for beds, rooms and singular dorms.


For bookings of multiple dorms and exclusive use a deposit of 50% will be taken on booking and the final balance to be taken 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.


We have a 48-hour grace period from making the booking to cancel free of charge, after this time normal cancellation policy applies. All pre-payments and deposits are non-refundable.


Check in time (16:00 GMT) and check out (10:30 GMT).

For bookings for beds, rooms or singular dorms. A 7-day cancellation policy will apply, the amount pre-paid will be able to be transferred to a new booking. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will lose any monies paid. Cancellations prior to the 7 days will be able to transfer any monies paid to a future date.


For bookings of multiple dorms and exclusive use a 6-week cancellation policy will apply. Any cancellations before this period will have monies transferred to a future date. Any cancellations received within the 6-week period will lose all monies paid. In this event that your booking date is re booked within this time any monies generated from the new booking will be refunded to you after their stay.

December Restaurant Bookings

- For tables of 10 people or more a £5pp non-refundable deposit is taken on booking. This will be deducted off the bill providing all guests attend.

 - In the event of a cancellation with more than 1 weeks’ notice your deposit can be moved to an alternative date (availability dependant). For cancellations within 1 week, you forfeit your deposit.

 - The main booker is responsible for settling the final bill, during this busy period we are unable to split the bill. The bill can be presented to the table & multiple card transactions can be taken if each person informs us how much they would like to pay.

- Please be aware any last-minute increases to numbers are not always guaranteed. A decrease in numbers will result in the loss of that person’s deposit.

- For tables of 20 or more you will be required to pre-order your food. This should be completed at least 7 days before the date of your booking. If it is completed after this time, we cannot guarantee guests can order what they desire from the menu.

New Years Eve:

A non-refundable £20pp will be taken on booking. if your booking was made online a member of staff will be in touch to take your deposit.
